After a cast of gold clad ’90s “Supers” (think Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford and Linda Evangelista) stormed the runway last year at Milan Fashion Week and Jennifer Lopez ” shattered “Internet with its appearance at this year’s Versace SS20 show, it’s fair to say that the Italian fashion label has a real moment that shows no sign of slowing down.

So imagine our joy when we learned that the legendary label has just announced the launch of a new range of luxury fragrances, aptly named Atelier Versace Fragrance.

According to the brand, the first launch of the line includes six new fragrances: Cedrat de Diamante (a tangy and uplifting spritz), Eclat de Rose (a variation of a classic floral), Jasmin au Soleil (the fragrant equivalent of the sunshine in a tropical paradise), Figue Blanche (sweet, without being sickly), Sandalwood Boise (the spiciest of the lot) and Red Vanilla (smooth as a scoop of ice cream).

Each bottle plays on a classic fragrance combination but with a modern and sophisticated touch, similar to J-Lo’s iconic wardrobe.

Best of all, the entire range is unisex.

Each fragrance is presented in a different shaded bottle, crafted from a heavy, transparent glass to make it the epitome of luxury.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Versace without some golden details, with the bottle cap featuring the brand’s well-known detailed logo. A bottle worthy of a prized position on a dressing table.

Speaking of perfumes to WWD, the brand creative director Donatella Versace said: “This is a new step for Versace that stems from the idea that every woman and every man is different and that, in the same way that they like to have their dress made to measure, it is still more true when it comes to perfumes.

However, perfume lovers might want to wait until payday to treat themselves to the latest fragrance launch from Versace, as a 100ml bottle will set you back £ 320.

While it may be on the high end of the beauty price scale, if that guarantees J.Lo’s beauty, you could argue that it’s a steal.
